Yvonne Getugi is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and registered Corporation Secretary. She holds a Masters of Construction Law from the University of Melbourne, Australia and is currently serving as the Assistant Manager, Legal Services at the National Construction Authority, Kenya. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and Certified Legal Auditor.

She possesses a specialist background in cross-functional areas of law including construction policy & legislation, regulatory compliance matters, corporate governance, public procurement law, contract administration as well as emerging experience in Environment Social Governance (ESG) and sustainability in construction within a corporate and industry context.
