Sherif AKL is the Director of the International Chamber of Commerce for the Middle East branch in Abu Dhabi. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Law from both Sorbonne Paris I and Cairo University and holds a master’s degree from Sorbonne Paris I. Admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association, AKL brings over 15 years of diverse legal experience encompassing both private practice and in-house roles. His areas of specialization include Corporate, Commercial, Banking, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Oil and Gas, Construction, Arbitration, and Litigation. He has extensive regional experience, having conducted arbitration in prominent cities such as Paris, London, Cairo, across the GCC, Maghreb, and Singapore.
