Sharon is passionate about people-centered project development and transforming lives through sustainable infrastructure. With 15 years of experience, 10 of which she spent advising corporations on large-scale projects in hospitality, healthcare, real estate, and road construction, she has developed deep expertise in infrastructure advisory and implementation.

She has played a key role in shaping Kenya’s infrastructure landscape, having worked on all three Annuity PPP road projects in the country, contributing to their development and implementation. As CEO of Infraconnect 15 Ltd and Infraconnect 18 Ltd, she oversaw the delivery of 16 roads across central and western Kenya under the PPP model.

An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, she is a Director of the Taita-Taveta Investment & Development Corporation, an APMG-certified PPP practitioner, a certified Environmental Sustainability Practitioner (ENV SP), and is certified by the Institute of Sustainable Development. Her expertise spans infrastructure policy, project structuring, and sustainable development, making her a key contributor to the sector
