Andrew Woodward is a Chartered Civil Engineer with a contracting background drawn from the delivery of complex civil engineering and infrastructure projects, with extensive early experience in roads, structures and marine works. Now based in Qatar for the last 12 years, Andrew is a practicing Expert Witness bringing his knowledge and experience of airport terminals, power stations, oil and gas infrastructure, stadiums, metros and palaces to help parties internationally with their issues of delay, disruption, quantum and construction project management.
