Ayodele is a partner in the Corporate, Securities and Finance team at Banwo & Ighodalo, covering Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance, M&A, Fintech, Projects and Funds Advisory. Her practice focus area covers the West African region, particularly Nigeria, the Gambia, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ghana, and anglophone Cameroon.

She is ranked by leading global guides, including IFLR 1000, WWL, and Legal 500; and recently emerged as the individual deal maker of the year (West Africa) at the Deal Maker Africa Awards.

Ayodele has advised on major infrastructure projects including roads, airports, cable car, deep sea port and housing. She advised on the structuring and registration of five of the infrastructure funds in Nigeria and routinely advises in connection with their investments. She also routinely advises a number of real estate development companies.

She regularly facilitates trainings on infrastructure financing, amongst others; and is frequently called upon to speak at industry events. She also regularly contributes to leading journals including Euromoney, ICLG Expert Guides, and the Africa Construction Law Review.
