We are pleased to invite you to the Africa Construction Law (ACL) event “themed Lessons from the Ground: Navigating Challenges on Mega Projects in the Middle East and Africa” taking place on 10 November 2025 during the Dubai Arbitration Week. The event, which is organised with the support of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UAE branch (CIArb UAE). 

With infrastructure investment flows between the Middle East and Africa continuing to grow, large-scale construction and energy projects are rapidly increasing in complexity, scale, and strategic importance. This session will bring together leading practitioners, policymakers, engineers, financiers, and dispute resolution experts to examine the practical realities of delivering and managing mega projects across both regions.

This event forms part of ACL’s ongoing commitment to advancing knowledge exchange, capacity building, and cross-border collaboration in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
