Tunde Ogunseitan is an international arbitrator and counsel with extensive experience in private

international law, foreign investment, and complex commercial disputes. A Fellow of the

Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he serves on the courts of the Saudi Center for Commercial

Arbitration (SCCA), the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration

(CRCICA), and is a trustee of ODRAfrica. Formerly Counsel at the ICC, he has advised in leading law firms, arbitral institutions, and global businesses on high-value cross-border disputes. Tunde also teaches international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in England and France.
