George is a quantum expert with over 13 years of experience in Construction. He began his career in Brazil, coordinating large-scale EPC Oil & Gas projects, later specialising in preparing and negotiating claims. He now advises on disputes globally, handling quantum matters ranging from £50,000 to £1 billion in UK litigations and adjudications, as well as international arbitrations across Africa, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.

His expertise covers issues such as prolongation, disruption, thickening, variations, changes of law, and damages. He has worked across various sectors, such as Oil & Gas, LNG facilities, Energy, marine structures, airports, rail, infrastructure, and retail.

George holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. In 2024, he won the Lexology Client Choice Award for “Experts – Construction Quantum Delay & Technical (UK)”.
