Kevin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Quantum Expert, providing expert evidence in arbitration, litigation and adjudication proceedings on high value, complex construction and engineering disputes. He is a Director in the Construction Advisory team at J.S. Held, based in London. Kevin and the JS Held team specialise in the resolution of complex disputes using advanced technology in the process.
Kevin has worked in the construction industry for 18 years, working both for main contractors and clients on building and engineering projects on projects in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Kevin is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the Academy of Experts, and holds a Masters degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London.
