Patrick is a Partner at AB & David and heads the Construction & Engineering Practice Group. He is a qualified legal practitioner in Zimbabwe, with extensive experience on mega projects, including toll roads, power & telecoms infrastructure, hotel & leisure facilities construction.

His expertise spans energy, infrastructure, mining, and power sectors, focusing on managing mediation & arbitration related to construction contracts. He addresses issues such as termination, final accounts, delays, and variations, and provides project management and dispute avoidance assistance.

Patrick has advised clients on standard form contracts in Zimbabwe from FIDIC, NEC & EPC turnkey contracts in various industries from infrastructure (Schools, roads, leisure & hotel facilities, commercial and residential estates) mining, energy (renewables) and manufacturing (chemical processing facilities. His clients include public authorities, DFIs, developers and Consultants. He also advises clients on project development and funding. Additionally, he is an alumnus of the International Lawyers for Africa initiative.
