Over 40 years’ experience of managing engineering and environmental consulting firms both at management and board levels.

Extensive experience in managing construction contracts using various FIDIC Conditions of Contract forms.

Listed on the FIDIC President’s List of Approved Dispute Adjudicators and have been involved as an independent neutral expert in many large prestigious international engineering projects involving such wide-ranging sectors as railways, roads, airports, water supply & distribution and irrigation across the continent. Forensic analyst focused on the logical and fair resolution to contractual disputes.

As a FIDIC Certified Trainer, routinely conduct training on the entire FIDIC Rainbow Suite of Contracts, as well as other construction management related topics.

Currently a member of the FIDIC Contracts committee and served as a director of the Region 2 Board of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF) until last 2024.

Practicing adjudicator, mediator and arbitrator for more than 20 years.
