Sean is a highly accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he has played a pivotal role in complex and remote projects, holding senior positions such as Site Engineer, Project Manager, Project Controls Manager, and Planning Manager.

Sean is a recognized independent delay and disruption expert, having been appointed under ICC, DIAC, QICCA, and LCIA arbitration rules. His expertise has led him to testify and undergo cross-examination on multiple occasions. He has also received formal training in expert witness testimony and advanced cross-examination techniques.

With a deep understanding of project planning and controls, Sean specializes in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, Earned Value and Earned Schedule Analysis, and best practice protocols such as AACE International Recommended Practice No. 29R-03 and the SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol.

His professional excellence has been acknowledged through prestigious industry recognitions, including:
