Thomas is a Partner at Pinsent Masons based in Johannesburg. He has 14 years’ experience in advising developers and contractors in arbitrations, Court proceedings, dispute adjudication boards and other ADR proceedings arising out of major energy and infrastructure projects in Africa, Europe and Asia, including most recently South Africa’s largest conventional and renewable energy facilities.
He sits on the AFSA International Committee, was shortlisted as a “future leader (non partner)” in Who’s Who Legal Arbitration 2022, and publishes regularly on topical issues affecting arbitration and dispute board proceedings.
