The Africa Construction Law (ACL), in collaboration with the Centre of Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King’s College London and HKA Training Academy Africa, presents a unique virtual workshop which will demonstrate the realities concerning the commercial and legal realities in the delivery of complex projects by taking the attendees through the various stages of a complex project. The impressive lineup of speakers include internationally renowned Professor Renato Nazzini, James Doe, Ibi Ogunbiyi, Tom Kapapa, Francois-Guilhem Vaissier, Virginie Colaiuta, Michael Halliday and Geoff Bewsey. Drawing from their intercontinental experience, they will look at the problems which arise during procurement right through to project delivery and how to ensure successful resolution of the kinds of disputes which arise on such projects.
