Martin Campbell is an Associate Director with HKA. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 14 years experience whilst working in the UK, Asia, and the Middle East. Martin’s experience has been gained through working on a wide range of global projects across several industry sectors. He is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, as well as the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and holds an LLM in Construction Law from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
Martin is currently involved in multiple international arbitrations, providing quantum expert services on significant infrastructure and power generation disputes in Asia and the Middle East.
