Dr. Nassar is a graduate of Trinity College, Cairo & Harvard University and holds the diploma of The Hague Academy of International Law. She has a wealth of experience in the field of construction and is a recognised authority of construction law & practice. Besides, contract drafting & negotiation (FIDIC, EPC & other forms), whether on part of employers, contractors or vendors, she was involved in all legal aspects of construction projects in its wider sense including funding & management of both green & brown field projects. Her expertise extends cross board to include industrial, infrastructure (power, roads & utilities), oil & gas and real estate projects and is all inclusive. She participated in supervisory committees and handled contract administration as well as dispute resolution either as member of dispute resolution boards or counsel. She has acted on behalf of many national, regional or international players and is being appointed frequently as an arbitrator in many major construction disputes. Her appointments, as well as her expertise, extend to cover several regions especially the Middle East & Africa where she has first-hand experience of the field.
