Elizabeth is a dual qualified solicitor in England and Wales and Ghana and is a Partner in the Energy & Infrastructure Practice Group at Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah in Ghana. 

Elizabeth is a ranked lawyer in Infrastructure projects in Chambers Global,  Legal 500 (EMEA) and IFLR1000  and regularly advises clients on infrastructure, real estate development and finance projects. Elizabeth’s clients include Government institutions, sponsors, lenders, developers, construction companies and charities.

She has been involved in developing the PPP legal framework in Ghana including being part of a team that drafted the public private partnership regulations to the draft PPP Law and is currently drafting a model PPP Framework Agreement for the Ministry of Finance suitable for a range of infrastructure projects. 

Elizabeth regularly speaks at conferences and has written articles and chapters on numerous matters including construction, public procurement, PPPs, real estate, aircraft finance and aircraft liens.
