Hamidou D. Dramé

Hamidou D. Dramé, Partner of Guilex Avocats is admitted to the Guinea and France (Lyon) bars. His practice focuses primarily on the mining, energy, banking and finance sectors. He has been involved in M&A, project development, project finance and commercial transactions in Guinea and Francophone Africa. Hamidou graduated from top law schools in France (University of Sorbonne), the United Kingdom (Center for Energy, Petroleum and Mining Law and Policy in Dundee) and the United States of America (University of Texas at Austin School of Law).

Hamidou worked for two international law firms in Paris (Watson Farley and Williams, and Bird and Bird), the African Legal Support Facility hosted by the African Development Bank, the Ivoirian business law firm Bile-Aka, Brizoua-Bi in Abidjan and the pan-African law firm ALN Guinea in Conakry. Hamidou is also the co-founder of PPP from Africa, a consulting firm dedicated to PPP trainings and advisory services.
