Khaled Abou El Houda is an Attorney-at-Law and Managing Partner of Houda Law Firm based in Dakar (Senegal) and Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire). He is registered with the Bars Association of Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire. Khaled Abou El Houda is an excellent business law practitioner and has developed qualifications in banking, restructuring, finance and investment, major infrastructure financing, corporate and energy projects. He has been involved in construction projects in Senegal and in West Africa whether on an advisory or a contentious basis.

As a mediator and conciliator in OHADA (Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa) law, he is a chartered arbitrator at the OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) in Abidjan, Ivory Coast and the Centre of Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation (CAMC) in Dakar, Senegal. He is a registered member of the Casablanca International Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CIMAC) and also a member of the African Business Law Firms Association.
