Omonigho Oyoma Brown (Mrs.) is a Nigerian trained Lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in different facets of legal practice within the Financial Services, Oil & Gas Industry, and Construction Industries. She started her career as a Legal Counsel in Guaranty Trust Bank Plc (one of the big commercial banks in Nigeria) and later proceeded to work in Schlumberger as a Senior Contracts Analyst where She negotiated and handled big ticket multinational oil and gas services contracts in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia and South Africa.

She currently works as the Head, Contract Management in Julius Berger Nigeria Plc (a leading company in the Construction Industry), where She provides expert advice to Executive Management and oversees the Company’s contract negotiation, administration and management activities for diverse infrastructure development projects being executed by the Company. She also provides legal and contract management support to the Company’s subsidiaries.

Omonigho holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (with Honours) from Delta State University, Abraka, Nigeria and a Master of Laws degree from the University of South Wales, UK. She is an alumnus of the Africa Arbitration Academy, a Chartered Arbitrator, professional Negotiator, certified Six Sigma

Professional; Certified Lean Project Manager, and she is Scrum Fundamental Certified.
