Dr. Ramadan obtained his LLB from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, an LLM in Private and Public Law, an LLM in Corporate and International Business Law from the George Washington University Law School and SJD (PHD equivalent).

Practice Area: Construction, Commercial Transactions, Employment and Social Insurance. Joined Ibrachy&Dermarkar in 2013 as a Partner after 7 years of vast experience at several leading international and local law firms in the United States, the United Kingdom and Egypt. He is a former Senior Associate at DLA Piper Cairo Office and a former Attorney at Bryan Cave LLP London.

His corporate experience includes corporate commercial, employment, contracts and dispute resolution. Has led the team that advised Pfizer on the acquisition of its Nutrition Business by Nestle. He was instrumental in the labor transfer to Equant – Orange as well as routinely advising on the transfer of employees for multinational companies. He offered advisory opinions in complex adversarial proceedings in respect to the steel industry and drafted commercial agreements for multinational clients. His thesis is titled in the United States Bilateral Free Trade Agreements: Consistencies or Conflicts with norms in the Middle East. It was published with Kluwer Law International in 2010. He is an Assistant Professor of Public International Law at Cairo University School of Law and an Adjunct Professor of International Law at American University in Cairo. He is a member of the New York Bar State and a member of the Egyptian Bar of Association. He published books and articles in the United States, Canada, Europe and Egypt.
