Jodie’s practice centres on advising clients on complex, cross-border disputes. She has represented clients in construction and commercial arbitrations under the ICC and DIAC Rules across a range of subject-matters, including infrastructure projects, premium retail, tourism and retail and IT systems. She has also advised and represented clients through successful mediation proceedings.

As well as international arbitration, Jodie has experience acting as project counsel to clients on live construction projects with the aim of reaching early resolution of disputes.

Jodie is of Ghanaian origin and admitted to practice in England & Wales. She is also a registered foreign practitioner in Dubai.
