Rubin, a Director at JMiles & Co. in Nairobi, Kenya, has over 12 years’ experience in international dispute resolution and has represented clients before arbitral tribunals in the LCIA, ICSID, ICC and SIAC, and in the Supreme Court of Singapore. Her clients span a range of industries, from construction to financial services, telecommunications, hospitality and energy.

She was part of the team who co-authored the leading text “Arbitration in Africa: A Review of Key Jurisdictions“.

Rubin is also a specialist in fraud and forensic investigations, and is qualified as a Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE). Recently, she co-founded the Africa Sustainability Forum to discuss sustainability and ESG reporting in a manner relevant to business in Africa.
