Sena Gbedemah

Sena is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Accredited Project Manager. He is a Senior Managing Director in Ankura’s Construction Disputes and Advisory Practice, where he reviews underperforming capital projects and analyses delay to projects in dispute as a programming/delay expert. He has given evidence as a delay expert in mediation, dispute boards and testified as an expert in several arbitrations.

Sena specialises in the energy (power stations and process plants), transport (rail, airports, ports and roads), built environment, and technology sectors and he has delivered assignments across the EMEA region including the UK, Norway, Ireland, Switzerland, Netherlands, Azerbaijan, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, South Africa, Ghana and Nigeria. His experience over the last 24 years comes from roles in the public and private sector spanning every stage of the capital project cycle from project start up, through procurement & contract management, to project controls and commercial disputes.

He has published four papers:
