Sicen is a Counsel in the arbitration team of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). She administers cases in English and Chinese, and acts as tribunal secretary in HKIAC and ad hoc arbitrations. Between 2022 and 2024, Sicen served as a Committee Member of HK45, a young practitioner group established under the auspices of HKIAC. 

Prior to joining HKIAC, Sicen interned at international law firms in Paris and London, where she was involved in commercial and investment arbitration cases. She also interned at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) in Hamburg. Sicen is fluent in Mandarin, English and French.
