Solagbade is a Partner in Africa Law Practice NG & Co.’s Corporate-Commercial Department.

He advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law including Banking & Finance, Project and Infrastructure Finance, Energy & Natural Resources, Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions and Transport & Logistics.

He also has significant experience in advising on governance, regulatory and compliance matters and has acted for multinational corporate institutions, development finance institutions (DFI) and government agencies.

Solagbade is a trade expert within the Firm and is particularly conversant with the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and its nuances. He has been a panellist and has moderated at several AfCFTA events where various facets and protocols of the AfCFTA were discussed.
