Dr. Kenneth Wyne Mutuma is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and Managing Partner at Wyne and Associates, with over 23 years of experience. Admitted to the bar in 1999, he holds a Doctorate and Master’s in Law from the University of Cape Town and is also a qualified Architect. His practice spans commercial law, arbitration, construction adjudication, mediation, litigation, corporate governance, and human rights.

A Chartered Arbitrator and Certified Mediator, Dr. Mutuma is actively involved with various arbitration and legal bodies, including CIArb (Kenya), the Law Society of Kenya, the ICC, and the KIAC. He also serves as Senior Lecturer at the University of Nairobi, specializing in international law and ADR. An accomplished author and editor-in-chief of the Eastern Africa Journal on International Humanitarian Law, Dr. Mutuma has advised numerous international organizations, including ICRC and UNHCR, and currently contributes to the State Corporations Advisory Committee in Kenya.
