Ranna is an experienced arbitration and commercial disputes lawyer. With over a decade of experience in handling complex, high-value disputes in the Middle East and North Africa region, she brings a wealth of knowledge in managing cross-border, multi-jurisdictional, and multi-party commercial, construction, and energy disputes. Â
 Ranna’s expertise in arbitration includes advising on interim relief measures, such as precautionary attachments, and managing the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards across various jurisdictions. She also handles set-aside applications and other aspects of arbitration disputes and arbitration-related litigation.  Â
Ranna has acted as counsel in numerous DIAC, DIFC-LCIA, and ad hoc arbitrations. She also sits as an arbitrator and, most recently, was appointed as sole arbitrator for a construction dispute. Her knowledge is frequently sought after in authoring papers and speaking at key disputes events across the region.Â
  Ranna is the vice-chair of Young AfAA and serves as a facilitator for the ITA Mentorship Programme. She is also a member of the ACL. Â
