Sean is a Partner of CBBG Group. Sean has extensive experience in the specialist disciplines of delay and disruption analysis. Prior to becoming a Delay and Disruption Expert full-time, Sean held senior project-based positions, including Project Manager, Project Controls Manager and Planning Manager on complex projects. Sean has been appointed as an Independent Delay and Disruption Expert, drafting numerous reports providing an independent opinion relating to construction project delay and disruption.

Sean is well versed in the best practice protocols of AACE International Recommended Practice No. 29R-03 and the SCL Delay and Disruption Protocol. Additionally, Sean has received formal expert witness and advanced cross-examination training.

Sean has been appointed an independent delay/disruption expert under ICC, DIAC, QICCA and LCIA Arbitration rules.
