Angualia Daniel

Country Representative, Uganda

Angualia Daniel is an advocate in Uganda. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree at Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Law Development Centre and a Master of laws degree at Kampala International University. A certified practitioner of Construction law involving FIDIC Contracts by International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC).

Angualia Daniel is currently the managing partner in the law firm of Angualia Busiku & Co. Advocates. He represents several local and international construction companies involved in various road and construction projects in the Country. He is active in the Uganda National Association of Building and Civil Engineering Contractors where the law firm is a member.

He currently represents the interest of the contractor in the ongoing Kampala Northern bypass project funded by European Union and Government of Uganda among other projects.

He previously worked with Visionfund Uganda Limited of world vision as its Legal Manager and as an advocate with various law firms in Uganda. He also worked as a lecturer of commercial law in the School of law at Kampala International University and Cavendish University Uganda.

Angualia is a member of the Institute of Corporate Governance of Uganda, Uganda Law Society, East Africa Law Society and a contributing member of the World Bank Doing Business Project for Uganda since 2014.
