He is recognised as an expert in dispute resolution, with over 19 years track record specialising in major infrastructure, construction, and engineering projects.

James is known for advising clients in the UK, Middle East, Africa and Asia in respect of the most complex disputes representing clients in international arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA, SIAC and UNCITRAL rules and is experienced advising clients in respect of English High Court litigation, adjudications and mediations.
