Membership

To become a member of the Africa Construction Law – pan- African initiative, kindly click on the membership form and fill in your details. Your request for membership will be considered fairly and acceptance shall be granted upon consideration by the Management Team. 

Upon being a member of the Africa Construction Law, it is important that you comply with all its policies as stated on its website and other internal policies which will be made readily available as soon as you become a member. 

By applying to become a member you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal competence to enter into a contract;
  • You are a professional in the Construction industry in any of the African Countries  or;
  • You are of African Descent and a professional in the Construction industry outside the African Continent.

 

Prohibited Conducts 

This Site is intended for professionals and entities in the Construction industry in Africa and entities and individuals outside the African continent that is interested in the Africa Construction Industry. You may use this site only for the lawful purpose stated above.   You may not be use this site for the prohibited conducts stated below. 

  • selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercialising any Website material;
  • misrepresent the identity of a user, impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity in connection with the Site, or express or imply that we endorse any statement you make.
